Think of all the energy you spend trying to lose weight.

All the emotions.
All the promises.
And all the heartbreak.
Feeling like a failure.
Feeling alone.
If I could only just....

And then there is the "mental weight" of all of the overthinking.

And then comes the self-blame/shame spiral.
